The program is designed to meet State Board requirements for Cosmetology Instructors. Instructor trainers, will be well versed in the art of teaching, classroom management, program development and preparation for licensure.

The objectives of this program are to prepare the student to become a professional cosmetology instructor with extensive theory in material presentation, student characteristics, student Learning processes, classroom management, student motivation, lesson plan development and the different methods of student evaluation. The student instructor trainer will also spend time in actual teaching.
