Pharmacy Technician

Certificate Program:

The objective of the program is to prepare the student to work in a Pharmacy under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Through the acquisition of medical knowledge and techniques, the student will be able to prepare and dispense medications, maintain patient records, set-up, package, and label routine orders: mix edications.

Graduates of the program can find employment in entry-level positions assisting the pharmacist in hospitals, clinics, or private community pharmacies.
